Seoul: a wedding invitation template
A Korean mobile invitation: a black-and-white studio portrait signed in handwriting, the date on a blush wash, round buttons for each side.
The design
Opens on a handwritten "Wedding day" over a black-and-white portrait with a giant white script "Wedding" laid across it, the date and venue typed onto a blush watercolour wash and the couple's names bottom right. Below, the plain Korean-invitation rhythm: short dark bars between sections, soft grey rounded panels, round blue and pink buttons for each side, a photo viewer with a thumbnail rail, a month calendar with the day ringed, and guestbook-style cards.
Colours and type
Seoul comes in 4 colourways: Blush & sky, Dusty rose, Sage & mist and Monochrome, with 3 type pairings: Tinos & Noto Sans KR, Nanum Myeongjo & Gothic and Gowun Batang & Dodum. The colours and type change in the editor at any time; the layout stays its own.
Style
Photo-led, from the korean tradition.
What is included
An invitation website with the day's details and places, the programme, the entourage and sponsors, what to wear, your photos, a song if you want one, and the RSVP with plus-ones. You write your own words and add your photos in the live editor, send every guest a personal link by email or any messaging app, and follow the replies as they come in. Free for up to 20 guests, with the full design.
