Gilded Gala: a birthday invitation template
The invitation is a 1920s Art Deco gala ballroom in black lacquer and gold leaf: gilded lift doors part on her portrait, and a champagne tower fills when the guest taps it.
The design
Opens on a pair of gilded Deco lift doors. They slide apart on her portrait in a stepped gold arch, a sunburst fans out behind it, her name is set in gold capitals and, after a held beat, the age lands in its medallion. Everything after is a panel of the same lacquered ballroom wall, crowned with a gold sunburst and framed with stepped corners: the invitation with the ballroom clock, the venue, the hosts' address, the gala programme down a gold spine, the court as the Grand March, the 18 Roses and 18 Candles as the guest list (tap a name to have it announced), the 18 Treasures in the gilded cabinet, a champagne tower of coupes that fills tier by tier when tapped beside the toasts and the purse, her eighteen years, the dress code as sunburst fans of colour, portraits in stepped arches, the etiquette of the gala, and the reply as the golden ticket, punched Admit One as it rises. It closes at midnight.
Colours and type
Gilded Gala comes in 3 colourways: Onyx lacquer & gold leaf, Jade lacquer & gold and Midnight sapphire & platinum, with 2 type pairings: Aboreto & Brygada 1918 and Poiret One & Gelasio. The colours and type change in the editor at any time; the layout stays its own.
Who it suits
Made for debut, in the Themed style.
