Hello Kitty Café: a birthday invitation template
The invitation is the Hello Kitty Café's menu for one dish, the birthday kid's bento: every detail served in its own lacquered box, the reply as a reservation slip and the goodbye as a receipt.
The design
Opens on the café's menu: "Today's special", the child's name as the dish, and a red-lacquer bento whose Hello Kitty lid the guest lifts off (or it lifts itself) to reveal the photo as the main dish, the age and the date in the side compartments, while Kitty claps her cheeks at the sight of it. Every section after that is another box from the menu, numbered like a menu item with a kana subtitle and a joke price: the chef's story, finding the café, the set course for the program, allergen information for parents, today's flavours as sauce cups, a photo menu, omiyage for gifts, ask the staff for questions, a reservation slip to reply, and a receipt to finish ("Hugs × unlimited ¥0 · Total: 1 happy Yumi").
Colours and type
Hello Kitty Café comes in 3 colourways: Strawberry café, Matcha & sakura and Mama's apple pie, with 2 type pairings: Mochiy Pop & Zen Maru Gothic and Dela Gothic & M PLUS Rounded. The colours and type change in the editor at any time; the layout stays its own.
Who it suits
Made for kids, in the Themed style.
