Hot Wheels Collector Card: a birthday invitation template
The invitation is a Hot Wheels blister pack on a store peg: the birthday kid is the car in the bubble, and the back of the card carries the party, just like the real packaging.
The design
Opens on a dark toy-aisle peg wall with one Hot Wheels card hanging on its peg: the flame logo, an "HW Birthday Bash 5/5" series tab, a domed plastic blister with the child's photo sealed inside, a Treasure Hunt style badge with the age, and the casting name on the black name bar with the birth year as the model year ('22 Rafa). The blister seals with a glint, and on the first scroll the whole card turns over in 3D. The back is printed like a real card back: the casting card (scale 1:1, actual size), the release countdown, a casting history from the first edition, where to find it, the program as "Collect all 6" with real cars in the series line-up (Bone Shaker, Twin Mill, Rodger Dodger, Deora III...), a WARNING / BABALA box for parents, "colors and decorations may vary" for the dress code, "actual product may vary" photos, a Mystery Model reply with a blacked-out car, and the barcode and legal small print at the bottom.
Colours and type
Hot Wheels Collector Card comes in 3 colourways: Mainline blue card, Redline '68 and Treasure Hunt, with 2 type pairings: Barlow Condensed & Barlow and Big Shoulders & Archivo Narrow. The colours and type change in the editor at any time; the layout stays its own.
Who it suits
Made for kids, in the Themed style.
What is included
An invitation website with the party's details and place, your photos, a song if you want one, and the RSVP with the number of adults and children coming. You write your own words and add your photos in the live editor, send every guest a personal link by email or any messaging app, and follow the replies as they come in. Free for up to 20 guests, with the full design.
