Roblox Obby: a birthday invitation template
The invitation is the Roblox game itself: press Play on the party's experience page, load into the server and jump a real-looking obby, one stage per part of the party, to the final checkpoint where you reply.
The design
Opens on the party's Roblox experience page: the child's photo as the thumbnail carousel, "Kian's 9th Birthday Obby" by the parents (verified), a big green Play button, the vote bar and About / Store / Servers tabs with the invitation as the description. Press Play and a loading screen joins the server; then everything is in-game, with the client's own top bar and the leaderboard (People / Stage) pinned on screen. The spawn has the photo as a giant decal Part, builderman and a round timer. Between stages the obby is built from smooth plastic Parts in real 3D, floating in the sky: hop the blocks, cross the beam between neon kill bricks, climb the truss, dodge the spinner, cross the lava, and each STAGE billboard lights its checkpoint when your Noob lands on it (tap Jump; tap a kill brick to oof and respawn). The story is floating platforms, the venue a teleporter, the program the course with kill strips between the steps, the notes for parents a grown-ups' safe zone, the dress code the avatar editor (equip the colours on an R6 body), photos are captures, gifts are a shop with a free purchase prompt, questions are the chat window with quick chat, and the reply is joining the private server at the gold final checkpoint, paid off with a "Badge Awarded!" toast. It ends on the winners' podium with the birthday kid's headshot on first place and the results screen.
Colours and type
Roblox Obby comes in 3 colourways: Baseplate day, Neon night and Lava tower, with 2 type pairings: Luckiest Guy & Onest and Fredoka & Golos Text. The colours and type change in the editor at any time; the layout stays its own.
Who it suits
Made for kids, in the Themed style.
What is included
An invitation website with the party's details and place, your photos, a song if you want one, and the RSVP with the number of adults and children coming. You write your own words and add your photos in the live editor, send every guest a personal link by email or any messaging app, and follow the replies as they come in. Free for up to 20 guests, with the full design.
